Leading My First Reatreat: November 2015
I’ve always enjoyed taking risks and making a memorable impact.

I was both nervous and excited to lead my first retreat back in November 2015.
My #YPO forum graciously agreed to be my inaugural clients.
I invested countless hours designing unique exercises, embracing creativity, and taking risks.
I wanted to push boundaries!
I’ve always enjoyed taking risks and making a memorable impact.
One bold exercise I created involved each participant listening to a recording in their hotel rooms, where I guided them to focus on body image. As they listened to my voice, they were encouraged to observe their naked bodies and reflect on their thoughts and judgments, with the goal of fostering acceptance of their bodies as they are.
My forum was surprised by the experience and found significant value in it. Over the past 10 years, I've continued to craft new exercises tailored to the needs of each group, take risks and be memorable. This creative process is one of the ways I truly feel alive.
I'm incredibly grateful to Eric Langshur, Andrew Swinand, John Benevides, Joe Gaffigan, Joey Lansing, and Jenni Suvari for their support as I embarked on my journey as a coach.
