A summary is then created highlighting how your team sees the senior leader’s strengths and areas to improve effectiveness. The data is synthesized to keep participant's responses anonymous. Jack and the leader then create an action plan for next steps so that your team can feel heard and you can maximize your leadership effectiveness.
