Program Format:
Step 1: Set expectations, get buy in with the Executive team and then create agreements
Before beginning with a team, Jack meets with the leaders to discuss an overview of the work we are doing and why it's important to the culture and success of the company. We allow the team to ask questions and welcome healthy skepticism. Then expectations are set both individually and as a team. Every leader is expected to honor all agreements they make.
Step 2: Monthly team trainings
The Executive team meets monthly for 3 hours. With Jack's decade-long experience, he emphasizes regular team bonding, vulnerability, and introducing new concepts. Teams practice these ideas with real-time issues. It's crucial to have an expert guide through challenges to ensure proactive, not reactive solutions. This training builds confidence in addressing conflict, enhances clarity, and fosters trust. The commitment is a minimum of one year, often extending to 2-3 years, before branching out to other teams. Additional services, like 1:1 coaching for executives, can be integrated for personalized leadership development.
